I always get my questions answered when I call. I am having some remodeling at my house involving my exterior doors. I called and was told if the contractor didn't want to move the sensors then they will come out and install. In either case, we are secure. read more

We jhad a lightning strike Sunday morning which knocked out our security system. I called Greystone for service and they tell me the earliest they can provide service is Thursday 15th. That's 11 days out. That will give me lots of time to replace them as my service provider. read more
