The mussels and garlic bread were also delicious (even ordered a second garlic bread). I would 100% order both dishes again. Our server was also friendly, attentive, and gave honest, helpful recommendations. Prices felt fair for the quality, and the overall experience hit all the right notes. Hooligans is also one of my favorite places to pop in after work with some coworkers for a cold pint. I can also attest that during high profile games like the European finals, the entire Brevard Courtyard fills in for a festive atmosphere dedicated to the excitement of the competition. In addition to monthly bingo, they seem to host drag events, have video games and board games available to play, as well as several TVs. Plus, dogs can go inside and out. The cans we bought started leaking, we went back and asked if the leakage was a problem. They asked a few questions and profusely apologized and gave us two six packs of their beer with no charge. I tried to pay but they refused. They could have just said "sorry to hear" and sent us on our way but they made us whole. While soccer is popular to watch here they also are great for American football, and have become a hangout for Eagles fans on Sundays, and Florida State Seminoles fans on Saturdays. While they have the staples you expect like fish and chips and bangers and mash, they also include your typical gameday snacks like wings, burgers, nachos, and a pretty dang good Buffalo chicken dip. They have a variety of beers both domestics and imports, and of course it wouldn't be Big Ben without the large amount of English decorations with just the right amount of tackiness. This is a fun place that is well worth a visit. Even if you aren't hungry it is worth it to drop in for a cold one.
