The bus station was fine, but our first bus driver, who picked us up at Visalia was an a$$hol3.

I had two very large parcels shipped from the East Coast to this Greyhound station. I have to say that, when I went to collect the parcels, I was struck by the cleanliness of the station - and in particular the bathroom! Spotless. The young lady behind the ticket counter was very helpful, courteous, and friendly, even helping me with the cart to get the two (oversized) packages to my car. I gathered my packages and went on my way, having a very good impression indeed. read more
