    Rude driver
    Kevin I.

Most greyhounds aren't that great just bearable, but this by far has to be the worse. The customer service sucks and food service doesn't follow instructions. When re-boarding for my trip, I was given a ticket prior to. I presented my RE-BOARDING ticket to the driver and he asked where is my ticket I presented him with my ticket he said it was wrong it wasn't. While I tried to explain to him he rudely walked off on me and told someone else to deal with me fortunately I was able to talk to the other gentleman and while boarding he gave me a sarcastic thanks

The staff is pretty good, They're helpful and the terminal area is clean. It's right in the middle of El Paso downtown district. Where it's across from the stadium , museum, and the historic plaza theater.

On hold waiting for customer service and they close at 11pm. Horrible customer service complaints.

Greyhound bus lines LIE. They do NOT have outlets or wifi on their buses. Best to find another means of transportation if you or if you want someone to have any sanity on their freaking horrible bus lines. Chose another bus line if you can or go by train. Horrible horrible customer service. They taken forever to answer their calls or won't answer. Shame on you Greyhound for being such liars. They don't care about people riding from El Paso to San Antonio just FYI. Better to find another way.

What can I say. It's a bus terminal. I wasn't expecting any special treatment or a pristine facility. Instead, my friends and I had a subpar pre-travel experience. Customer service: Not that good. There was one lady at the main counter to give tickets so there was a wait. There could've been a much longer wait if there were more than two people in line though. She wasn't straight up rude, but she was definitely in a hurry and wanted to move us along. She also wasn't helpful at all when we needed guidance about how to travel appropriately. There also was literally no one around to help us when we were confused except the lady at the counter. Facility: The facility was decently cleaned. There were crumbs, rocks, and soda spills but nothing else too big. The trash cans weren't full which is a plus. They had a good amount of seats so that almost everyone could sit. It was very convenient that they had a lot of TVs that we could watch playing CNN. They had a decent game room for kids and a food station. Overall, it was a subpar experience but I wasn't expecting anything more from a bus terminal. This place needs better customer service, or at least someone around to help people who are confused. The facility is okay, a little dirty, but has some TVs and a game room.

    Filthy!! And plugs don't work!!

Horrible!!! Bus was scheduled to leave at 3:50 but was announced an hour delay. Well the hour came and went without an update or anything...bus still not here! Smh! And the bathroom is filthy! Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Called both customer service hotlines, still waiting for a call back. Will update later. It is now 6:23 in El Paso...Still sitting here at the bus station with no update from the front desk. Several buses must be delayed because now there is standing room only. HORRIBLE!!! Its amazing how nice the site look but you get to the station and there is not any manager or professional on site to assist with this mess. Finally on the bus at 7. And well I will let the pics speak for themselves.

This is a trash can inside the bus station. The whole bus station SMELLS like it.

Don't bother getting priority seating. You pay extra and don't actually get priority. Just paying the extra for absolutely no reason.

Great food as as always, the beef in Texas Greyhound stations is always especially tasty.

You cannot go wrong with AndaleRide. Best choice to cross the border from El Paso to Juarez!!…read more Greatest service ever!!! VERY HIGHLY RECCOMENDED. It was safe, fast, and seamless. Got picked up from the airport and taken directly across the border to my hotel in Juarez, MX. I am glad I decided to go with their service after I read all the reviews on yelp, tripadvisor, facebook, and google search. I had never crossed the border from El Paso to Juarez, Mexico. So I was unsure what the process was like. I called AndaleRide and had the pleasure of speaking with Joe. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I had to cross over the border and meet up with my wife at the U.S. Consulate in Cuiadad Juarez Mexico. I had many questions regarding safety and procedures. Joe addressed my concerns and was extremely helpful. I used their app to make a reservations for the trip to Juarez and the returning trip back into the U.S. Making the reservation on their app was pretty easy and straight forward. On their app you can even give them your flight number so they can track your flight and make accommodations for you. They send you a text with your driver's name and vehicle information so you can find the driver right out of the airport. On the day of my arrival at the El Paso airport their driver Lucy Gonzalez picked me up right on time!! She was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I had not eaten that day so she helped stop by a restaurant so I can pick up some food. She then drove across the border and dropped me off at my hotel in Juarez. Lucy was very knowledgeable about the El Paso/Juarez area and border crossing. The whole experiences was great. I felt very safe the whole time. If you can, I would recommend you request her as your driver but I think any of the drivers AndaleRide employs would be the same because they fully vet their drivers. For my return trip I also got a text from Lucy before pick up at my hotel. I had the same great experience going back across the border to the El Paso Airport with an added priceless moment that couldn't have happened without Lucy's help. On the returning trip Lucy was extremely kind to grant what may have seemed like a silly request for 2 fillet-o-fish sandwiches for my father in law. My father in law used to live in the U.S. but has since returned to Mexico. He was also in Juarez just to accompany my wife. In Mexico their McDonalds don't have Fillet-o-fish sandwiches so he hasn't had one in over 15 years. When we asked Lucy for her help she was like "no prob, will do". She showed up with the fillet-o-fish and my father in law just had the biggest smile on his face. We were so fortunate to have her as my return driver and very grateful for her kind gesture. It was a simple act but made a HUGE impression on us. This made our experience with AndaleRide a very special one. I highly reccomend AndaleRide, you will not be dissapointed with their service and your experience!!!
