Once again, IMMENSE pain to assign such a low score to a public transportation service. Or, lack thereof, in this case. I arrive in the middle of the night (2:45 AM), with "only" 50 minutes delay, from NYC. I had opted to take the bus from NYC instead of an internal flight to Atlantic city and then a car. HUGE mistake. My ride wasn't at the deserted bus stop. And, the bus stop was just that... a dirt patch on the side of the road. No waiting area, no nothing i could recognized as being a rest site. I called my ride which got there in what felt like the longest 15 minutes of my life. Worst service ever. Didn't even get to use them before having issues. There was a mistake on the ticket, which they claimed they were unable to fix and I had to buy a new ticket. I called 10 different numbers to get in touch with customer service and ALL of them hung up on me before I could talk to anyone. I will NEVER use this service again, and I suggest no one else use them either! read more

The bus was over an hour late. Tried to call greyhound to find out status, the phone number on website was not in service, the Wilmington, de station and Salisbury, md phones were busy for over an hour . Customer service said they can't help call station. We even called corporate they put me in hold for over 10 min and they couldn't help either said only bus station could give info about why bus is late, but their phones were always busy. I did get excuses of weather and traffic. The weather was 75 degrees and sunny and I just drove an hour to Dover, De to drop of my son for bus and there was very light traffic. Very disappointed with Grayhound and would never use their bus again. read more
