I had a scheduled trip departing from Greyhound Los Angeles (Oct 28 @ 10:00 PM) to Greyhound Oakland Bus station (Oct 29 @ 7:05 AM). While the bus was travelling I used my cellphone as a flashlight to look up my personal stuff and from time to time reading up current/incoming app notifications. Apparently when we arrive at 44779 S Lassen, Avenal, Ca 93204 approximately around 1:35 A.M. for a routine rest area, the Greyhound Bus Lady Driver asked me to step out of the bus together with all my personal stuff and strongly told me that she doesn't want me to get back or ride the bus again because of my cellphone light. I asked for mercy, pleaded and beg the Lady driver not to do it (for leaving me behind at the rest area) because I have medical conditions which is my vision is impaired (indicated on my e-ticket), I am suffering from a gout attack and diabetic. Thus, being said, she never listens to my request or plea but threatens me saying that she will be call the California Highway Patrol Group if I insisted to hop or get inside of the bus. For the duration 40 minutes passengers allotted rest stop, I'm standing outside the bus enduring the cold temperature/weather which I don't have enough gear to protect myself and my gout pain was so painful, I keep on praying and hoping for the driver just to let me go inside to have a ride going to Oakland but arrogantly she left me and drove the bus like nothing to care of. She left me at the place in which I know that I am not safe, can be robbed or killed and enduring my medical conditions. The Greyhound Lady Driver strongly mistreated me, having no sign of mercy on me and discriminated me in all aspect. Hopefully this scenario and experienced that I've been through will get the attention and help of the public, media, people with disability, victims of discrimination and all AUTHORITIES to stop this.
