When I asked the children afterward who she was, they were unable to identify her. There was no direct communication with me during that interaction. From my perspective, I would expect clearer identification of staff and more consistent communication during child handoff, especially in a childcare setting where safety and transparency are important. In my experience, the interaction felt rushed and left me uncertain about the process being followed at the time. Every family may have a different experience, but I believe clear introductions and communication during drop-off and pick-up are important for maintaining trust.

I won't mention the issues because they are shocking. I tried to address issues and the new principal. She did not even show up to the meeting. This teacher is the new pastors wife of the church there, so this is why she was hired. I loved the old neighborhood! We have had amazing teachers until now. I see this school shrinking. There is a reason god is not blessing this school to overflowing with children. If you are looking for a good quality Christian School with factual biblical teaching, I'm afraid this is not the right place for you. Was told admissions/administration would call me back within day or two to answer my questions. Several days later and still haven't heard back from school. It's deceptive to charge assessment fee when admissions knows there isn't room available. Bad business practice not to return calls as promised.

Kelly could not set that up. But asked me for a multi-year commitment before I even had a chance to see if the school might be a good fit. It wasn't the only problem, but the the strangest. In my mind that sums everything up. A school with a sense of importance above the children and families they serve. It is not unusual for a school such as this to have this attitude. It is simple disappointing. Remember, if the person set up to interact with you when making an enrollment decision is unhelpful and inexperienced, think what the kids will get. Enrollment for the first time should be the honeymoon period.
