This day and age insurance companies are buying each other,merging and it can be very confusing. John calls me with updated info of what's going on and what I should do. He has saved me a lot of money because of his diligence. Over the years I have bough and sold 3 homes and have had different cars like everyone else. Every time one of these changes happens John and his associates have made it easy. 2 months ago I needed my windshield replaced on one of my cars. I called Park City to ask who I should call and what steps to take to have it fixed. John said he would set up everything and he did. I was very busy with my job at the time so it was great I didn't have to call the insurance company and wait on hold. There are fewer and fewer businesses that take the time to provide good service. My wife and I are very happy to have John Delvecchio and his staff looking out for us.

Last year I went to John for a renters policy on a 2 family dwelling. He put with me with Utica First for a great price and coverage, everything was perfect. He told me I didn't need to pay anyhting and that my mortgage company would take care of it. He even offered to have that straightened out directly with the mortgage company. Ultimately he sat on it too long and the initial bill never got paid. Then Utica cancelled me for non-payment and refused to let me go back. I went to John and he claimed it was my bank's fault for the insurance not getting paid. I was going to write a letter to the insurance commissioner last year but decided not to because John promised me that I could go back to Utica after I had the policy in tact for a year. So I let it go initially and approached the situation again this year for renewal. John told me when I called back that Utica will NEVER take me back because once you get cancelled for non-payment that's it, they don't reconsider you. So now I am stuck with an unfavorable market and the premium is double what I was originally quoted with Utica. So I said to John "Hey John, you know what, you really screwed me last year with the whole billing situation". John flew off the handle and started acting belligerent, told me to take my business elsewhere and even said "you're on the preferred list, I prefer you get the hell out of here". Overall, John proved again that he is not only incompetent as an insurance producer but he is also extremely pompous and arrogant and refuses to acknowledge his own mistakes. This year I am filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner.

Bought home insurance from them & paid for the whole year upfront. Then they informed me the insurance will be cancelled 1 month before my insurance was to end. However the policy documentation/binder they provided me and my mortgage company says otherwise. Tried numerous times to resolve this in a professional manner without success. Staff were extremely rude and disrespectful especially senior sales rep Janet Ruiz. I have all documentation to prove my side of the story so I reported them to the state insurance fraud department for providing me a false/fictitious binder and they are being investigated. You're not in need of a second insurance, but it is very smart if you have a condo to always have a second insurance because if there is a fire God for bed anything happens the inside is not covered by the association of your condo so the inside it is very smart to have, so what did I do, I purchased a new insurance but this company here this man, people on the phone and yelling at them and telling him they obligated they better absolutely not don't allow no one to speak to you that way I've been in my company for 20 years and I won't speak to a client that way so you lost my business but I hope you lose a lot more because you're Hispanic and you think because I'm Hispanic, that you were going to talk to me that way and I was gonna allow you.... zero
