We traded a 2021 Toyota Camry with only 65k that was worth $20k and they only gave us $14.5 because it had some hail damage. Overall, they screwed us big time, but my wife wanted a new car or we would have walked.

Wife called and was told to bring it back 6/17/19. Took it in and after 3 hours, they called me and said we got it this time. Picked it up, paid $248.82 and it was still blowing warm air. This time I did not ask for an appointment just drove in and asked to see the service manager. He looked at it for about 15 minutes and said well, you need a complete new unit and that will be another $675.00. Big red flag to me. Went to another dealer and found out I had a $129.00 line leaking. I would not recommend using this service department.
