I called Greg's Air at 7:30 Saturday morning because one of my AC systems was down. By 8:30 he was onsite at my home. He diagnosed the problem as a defective thermostat, and replaced it with a unit he had in his truck. The system turned on. A while later, I noticed that the system was blowing warm air and then wouldn't turn on at all. I figured "this guy misdiagnosed the issue and screwed up" so I called him back. Greg returned late in the afternoon and it turns out that we had another problem: the drain line was clogged. It wasn't Greg's mistake at all. We had two coincidental issues with the same AC unit. Greg opened up the drain line, blew it out, and PRESTO! AC worked like a charm. Thanks to Greg not only for his excellent service and follow-up, but for his human concern for our predicament. He does not admit to being late or apologize only says that he would be there in 30mins. He arrives 1.5hrs later again with no apology. I was very impressed and satisfied by Greg's Air! I am trying to sell my home and my duct repair solution (duct tape) did not pass inspection. I had 2 days to address the problem. here's the problem with Greg . he charged 75$ for call but did not take off his fee for a 15$ capacitor. added another $120 labor for a 15 minute replacement and figured out the problem in minutes. added Freon which wasn't really needed . others companies do not look to add to bill but so many do. finding a straight shooter in Florida' is so rare if u find one keep him in your phone. let people know you have a honest guy or girl. read more

Called Greg today, a Sunday, because my AC stopped working. He came out for a reasonable 75 dollar fee 2 hours later, and diagnosed a freon leak. He didn't try and BS me or sell me a new unit. He simply got it running and told me let's hope it's a small leak as a big leak would lead to replacement since it would be hard to find the right parts given it's age.
