    QX80 small back seat window

Broken small window on Infiniti QX80...quoted me $1045 and 2 weeks to order. I asked her if it would have been cheaper to break the front window? She said yes. I made one other call to get a quote. $314 dollars, installed on Monday. Highway Robbery $731 up charge! Find a new car dealer Gregory Infiniti is a scam!

The team (Tim-Salesman & Jason-GM) did reach out to us and apologize; however, Dan Raba, Sales Manager) Who Jason said would get back to me never really did. He played text games like a 12-year-old schoolgirl. Even when I called and left him a message, he never actually called me back. Not what I would expect out of an adult Sales Manager. Dan should be lucky he does not work for me, as he would be gone for his lack of maturity and ability to follow up with customers. Anyways, the Honda of Libertyville Team did pull through in the end by not being able to locate the floormats and purchased a really nice high-end matching Ford Bronco floormat. Better than expected. In all fairness, they initially tried to play the game of we will get you the carpet mats, or if you remove the review, you can get the high-end mats. I explained to them that I'm kind of about principle, in case you haven't noticed. Strong-arming does not work for me. That's not going to happen, in case you can't tell. I said, put yourself in my shoes during this experience, how would you feel? They said point well taken. So in the end, Team Honda of Libertyville pulled through, but they just got off to a really, and I mean really, slow start. In all fairness, without this post, I'm not certain how things would have ended. But they ended well. The End - Semi-Upset Customer ********************************************************************************************************************** I had a terrible experience with Honda of Libertyville and want to warn anyone considering buying a vehicle there. On March 28, 2026, I purchased a used 2024 Ford Bronco from them. When I first saw the car, it had carpeted floor mats and sunroof covers in the trunk. During the financing process, the dealership took the car to "detail" it. When I got home later that day, the floor mats were gone. My son reached out to our salesman, **Timothy Koszczuk**, about the missing mats, and his response was dismissive -- suggesting we "check the we-owe." There was no "we-owe"; the mats were in the vehicle when we bought it, and the dealership misplaced them. I then spoke to the sales manager, **Zeeshan**, who said he'd look into it but never followed up. After that, I emailed the new general manager, **Jason Bulthuis**, on April 1st, 2026. He didn't reply until I called him on April 3rd, 2026. To his credit, he apologized and agreed the situation wasn't handled properly. Jason said he'd have his used-car sales manager, **Daniel Raba**, take care of it, and even offered to buy a replacement set near my home rather than making me drive back. That sounded great -- until they both stopped responding entirely. GHOSTED AGAIN It's now been well over two weeks, and I've received zero communication despite further calls and emails. Every person I dealt with there has failed to follow up or take responsibility (over a lousy set of $150-$200 car mats on a $45,000 car). Once they make the sale, it seems customer service stops completely. I'll never buy from this group again. Do yourself a favor -- take your business somewhere that values integrity and follow-through. Honda of Libertyville has shown me they do not. I hope the owner of Honda of Libertyville (Murgado Automotive Group, led by CEO Mario Murgado) sees this and knows who he has working for him. Absolutely pathetic !!! Tarnishing his trusted name over a few hundred bucks. Just wait until I pay to have a Blow Up Rat placed outside on the sidewalk protesting on a Saturday, how crappy the service is. I wonder how many deals will turn away. Well over $200 worth, I'm sure. The End - One Angry Customer

(Not to mention the first time I took it in, they lost my key!) I took it to another Honda dealership and after the regular testing came back fine they assigned a master mechanic diagnosed it with a parasitic battery draw somewhere and are currently fixing it. The car is still under warranty and they were determined to find the issue for me.

When we questioned the jump, we were told it was due to taxes and registration. The salesperson continued pushing additional packages and later claimed that undercoating and an extra package would be included "for free." We agreed based on that understanding. In the finance office, when we tried to read the documents, the manager repeatedly rushed us and tapped his fingers aggressively on the table, making it clear he wanted us to sign quickly rather than review the paperwork. We were not given a clear, itemized breakdown. After reviewing the contract at home, we discovered that multiple accessories had been added and fully charged, including the package that was supposed to be free. Management later admitted we had declined the warranties and add-ons and said a mistake was made, but the dealership refused to issue a refund because we "signed the papers." This felt misleading and deceptive. After reading other reviews with similar stories, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. I strongly recommend reviewing everything carefully before signing.

I had a very misleading and frustrating experience with Liberty Auto Plaza…read more Before making a 90-minute drive, I spoke multiple times with someone identifying himself as "Jack" from the finance department. He called and texted repeatedly and positioned himself as the person who had personally secured my approval. He told me I was already approved up to $35,000 (including tax, title, and fees) and that I was simply coming in to pick out a vehicle and sign paperwork. He even had me send over my driver's license and pay statements ahead of time "to attach to my file" so everything would be ready when I arrived. I made it very clear that I did not want to travel that far unless this was legitimate, and I was reassured multiple times that the bank had already approved me. As soon as I texted "Jack" to let him know I was on my way, he stopped responding completely. When I arrived, I was told to ask for "Jack." There was no Jack. Instead, I was handed off to a salesperson named Quinton, who asked me to provide all of the same documents again. While sitting with him, I began receiving multiple alerts that lenders were pulling my credit -- confirming that my credit had NOT been run prior to my visit, despite being told I was already approved. During this process, Quinton had an earpiece in and was having unrelated conversations about personal matters (like arranging to have his house power washed) while asking me questions. I had to repeat myself multiple times just to be heard, which made the entire experience feel even more unprofessional. Shortly after, I was told that the "approval" had been reversed and there was nothing they could do. This was clearly not a real approval -- it was simply a tactic to get me into the dealership. To make matters worse, I had already clearly explained: I do NOT have a co-signer I can NOT get a co-signer I only have $1,000 to put down After a 3-hour round trip, nearly $100 in gas, and lost time from work where I would have otherwise made money, I left with nothing and feeling completely defeated. What makes this even more frustrating is that there were vehicles on the lot priced around $12,000 -- and even with those options, they were still unable to structure a deal based on the terms I had already disclosed ahead of time. That tells me this was never a legitimate approval to begin with. This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. For customers who are already navigating financial challenges, tactics like this are not just frustrating -- they have real financial and emotional consequences. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and verifying any "approval" independently before visiting this dealership.

He patiently walked us thru every detail, answered all of our questions & made sure we felt confident in our decision. The manager, Tom was equally impressive: honest, helpful & skilled at negotiating a fair final price that everyone felt good about. What truly set this dealership apart was the outstanding customer service after the sale. When the screen on the new Tucson was not working properly, the service department responded immediately. They arranged to pick up the car from our home, provided a loaner vehicle for the day & then delivered our repaired car back to us later that same day. We drove away after the sale, not only thrilled with our new Tucson, but also confident that we chose a dealership that genuinely values its customers. We Highly recommend Libertyville Happy Hyundai & especially Issak - for anyone looking for a truly exceptional car buying experience.
