He and his assistant were friendly, educated, and good listeners. He did an incredibly thorough consultation, after which he gave us the breakdown of what costs would be if we chose to go with him for the orthodontic work. I couldn't have asked for a more complete idea of what we're looking at, both for treatment and cost. While the office itself (and furniture, etc.) is older, all of the equipment is up to date. I was completely confident in their abilities and look forward to our next visit.

They were able to book an appointment within just two weeks. Staff was very friendly and informative. Patiently answering my many questions. Dr. Baker was excellent and very likeable. I needed two fillings and the procedure was absolutely pain free. Definitely going to be my dentist from now on.

They carefully and fully explained what my insurance would cover and what it would not cover. I was in the chair by the time of my appointment and out the door in 20 minutes. If this is your first visit you should arrive early to fill out paperwork. While I was in the chair they were friendly and professional, explaining every step and why. And best of all, no pain afterwards!
