MARKS FROM GOLF CART TIRES?!?! A recent discovery and being ghosted by Greg Williams has led to this review. I have included screen shots of conversations from 2021 and 2026 as well as a sample marked "not our floor" of what a properly coated garage should look like. In 2021 I originally was told during a call from Greg that our fancy, high end, hot tires were causing the peeling and marks on our garage floor. He suggested we make an additional purchase of pads to park on. We believed what he said. Recently while cleaning our garage floor we noticed peeled paint marks that matched our 2 person golf cart. This discovery negates Greg's excuse and points directly to the flawed and subpar application that couldn't even meet the lowest of standards. I brought this information to Greg Williams first allowing him to rectify the issue. As can be seen in the attached texts, Greg was more concerned with the timing of my discovery and not the failed quality of his product. Greg then said he would come to our home to see and then ghosted us. It has been over a week. We are out our original $2000 plus the $2000+ it will cost to have the floor scraped and coating reapplied. read more

New to the area. Hired Greg to restain our front door. His crew did such an amazing job that we hired them to stain our front and back porches and repaint our pool deck. Again, we were amazed at the perfectionist job they did. So, we decided to keep going. Got Greg's team to paint the entire outside of the house and the trim. The house looks beautiful. Greg Williams painting has been by far the most pleasant experience I have had with a contracting company in Beaufort county over the past few years - by far. Greg is a wonderful business owner: forthright and responsive; also he and his crew do great quality work! It amazes me how people down South in Beaufort County accept the "Low Country, Slow Country" mantra and act like it should apply to contractors who do substandard work and charge higher than average prices.
