From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude, unprofessional, and clearly didn't want to be bothered. I ended up owing thousands more than I should have because of careless mistakes and sloppy work. When I called to complain, they got defensive and tried to blame ME for their errors. The accountant was condescending, interrupted me constantly, and clearly had no idea what he was doing. I felt like I was paying for amateur hour. The office itself looks cheap and outdated, with a weird smell and uncomfortable waiting chairs. They took forever to get anything done, missed deadlines, and charged me extra fees for "rush work" that they caused. Save yourself the headache and money. This place is incompetent, overpriced, and treats customers like garbage. I will never return and I'm warning everyone I know to stay far away. Zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.
