I love that they have a controlled entry system at the front door and cameras watching every area. Inside, the classrooms are large, bright, clean, and decked out with quality, developmentally appropriate furnishings and playthings. The outside areas are well-equipped and fenced. The employees are very friendly and made my son feel at ease immediately. The tuition is (what I believe to be) a bargain for such quality. I also appreciate that it is a peanut-free zone, since my son may have an allergy. A nice extra - they offer optional activities (with fees) such as soccer, dance, and music. I am thrilled to have found this place!

Nature's Childcare staff and the entire business made me feel very comfortable with going back to work. There is video monitoring in each room (not viewable from my work computer, which I actually prefer) so if there is an event, it can be reviewed. The center is secure and entire staff is well trained. The management are VERY aware of what is going on in each room and the communication between staff and parent is excellent. Each room has 'Teachers' and they actually teach, which I am always impressed with. I now have three children in Nature's Childcare and wouldn't dare go anywhere else for childcare. I wish every day care center was as impressive as this one! I can honestly say that I would not be back to work if it weren't for Nature's Childcare. Thank you! Thank you!

The teachers truly care about your children - in any of the rooms. We have been in the infants/twos/threes and going into fours and especially right now I would have no qualms about my kids being in any of the rooms. So many teachers are tenured and have the experience needed to keep the kids engaged, learning and productive. They were so accommodating and great to work with for potty training. Every single morning when dropping him off I had to find out who is going to be his teacher and which room he has to go to The same applied for when we would pick him up in the afternoons, there was never any consistency of which room to get him from. They would often times consolidate rooms for kids who were around the same age so it was always hard to find his belongings, like jackets and blankets. One time he managed to slip away from the workers while they were outside. He could open their interior gates. He was all the way by the main gate when I got there without anyone noticing at all until I said something. My husband also saw one of the workers grabbing another child roughly by the arm and yanking her around. None of it sat well with us. They would give my son school snacks and food while I already told them that he has allergy and he has his own food in his lunchbox! Mackenzie the principal is always hard to find and talk to but she would call you directly regarding payment and application! She basically will deny any of the issues that I brought up to her. Also there is no structure or learning materials, they just let the kids play and they watch them when they are sitting on their chairs. Their teachers are not required to have any education or qualifications as I look them up on Indeed!

So sad we moved but would highly recommend this place to any mom. Also, she holds a music class on Thursdays that someone from the Boise Philharmonic Orchestra teaches. 5 star rating all around.
