I would have given them one star but he refunded half my money after screaming at me on the phone…read more I have cameras at my house. I hired them to clean two rooms worth of carpet and an area rug. They were in and out in less than 14 minutes. Let's say it takes five min to set up then that means I was getting charged $350 plus for less than 9 min of cleaning. When I called to tell the owner he called me a liar. Again I have cameras that are time stamped. Ok that was great then when I actually got to the house the two stains were still there and as suspected, they did a lousy job. He refunded half my money and told me to never call again. Oh ok, don't worry, I won't. As a side note I have used Chem Dry at other property locations in MA and they did a great job.
