The quote then stated that we could not use any insurance to help pay for the procedure. Then our insurance company would not pay the consultation because of the code used. They recommended an alternate code and even called the office and recommended they use this alternate code. I went back and forth via text with a Daisy in the office who was very incoherent and when I asked a question she would answer with something that had nothing to do with the issue at hand. In the end she was to bring it up with Dr. Anderson. I'm still waiting for him to contact me. I even told another Doctor about this issue and this Doctor told Dr. Anderson it looks like there's some type of misunderstanding here. Still no contact from Dr. Anderson. Everyone was very nice and professional and kept a smile on their face. Once my consultation was complete, I scheduled my surgery and I was out the door. On the day of surgery, I arrived early as instructed, and again, the service was amazing. The staff. Was punctual and professional and covered my procedure and post-care with me in full and ensured I understood and was comfortable. When Dr. Collins started the extractions (teeth 15 and 16) he ensured my mouth was numb. The seating was very comfortable. I was able to zone out as the tv was playing and I felt no pain at all. Just as I was beginning to pay attention to the show, the extractions were complete. LoL!! Not only was Dr. Collins professional, and amazing, but he is the extraction whisperer. I swear it was no more than 6 minutes. Wow!!! Professional, Service Focused, Knowledgeable, and Time Efficient. I have found my new oral surgeon. If you need an extraction or anything related to oral surgery, make sure your dentist refers you to Dr. Collins. If they don't, get you a new dentist.
