After much haggling, they said they would deduct $165 and pay $773. Then they would send someone to look but only after I paid their bill. The owner would not call me to discuss the bill. So I had to water by hand the last two months to keep my plants alive. Finally, I got a message to pay their bill $450 which I paid immediately. Then they ended my service.

We had a pleasant chat and I gave him an ice cold water.He said he was helping my neighbor out. I kindly ask if he could please smooth out the dropped asphalt, that lay in front of my own driveway. Without hesitation, he went above and beyond; and would take no payment. Off he went fixing the road leading to my neighbor. I, dressed in shorts and wearing flip flops, i brilliantly fell into an OCD episode and began using my pocket knife to cut back some long thorn branches shooting out into the roadway being worked on. I lost my balance and fell backwards right in the thick thorn bushes. I was pretty much out of sight, and stabbed profusely; every move was painful. I pulled out my cell phone and dialed several times inside my house for help. LOL- "Help I've fallen and can't get up" just like the commercial. I then blew the dog whistle I had around my neck to call our rescue dog Leo, a Siberian Husky. Fortunately for me Frank Turrifi and my neighbor heard m whistle. The two of them pulled me up and out !! I should have been awarded the dumb-ass award of the day !! BOTTOM LINE: Based on the kind of person Frank was to me; I see zero reason his company would not successfully perform any job you may have. Thank you Frank.
