His cleaning lady…read moreJennifer lied that we would not clean out the refrigerator for her when she asked "Is it OK if I take these things out of the refrigerator to clean?" I was on a conference call so I have a witness. Owner states one thing before getting your money and says another to defend lazy cleaning crew. After the cleaning lady left we discovered she had in missed two rooms. We completed an entire tour. I called and spoke to the owner the morning of and he said he was sending two people. However when the cleaning lady showed up she said one of her helpers called out sick and she was by herself. Another gentlemen showed up who is the owner's right hand man and he did an excellent job for the short time he could stay. He had to leave to do a carpet cleaning but he knocked out ceiling fans, our Florida room and a bathroom while she had only started one bathroom. My husband was disappointed that she was still here when he got home and he wasn't happy hearing me having to go back after her and have things cleaned that weren't touched. Her vacuum couldn't handle the pet hair and said the company was supposed to be upgrading. The cleaning lady was very nice but we think there could've been more efficient process of completing an entire room instead of going back-and-forth between rooms and missing several rooms.

Which we were totally ok with. The house is 3bd/2bath, 1400 sq ft. I came back this morning, they didn't mop the hallway, they didn't dust anything, they didn't wipe any drawers or closets out, they didn't even wipe the ceiling fan dust off. I even pointed out the dust on fans to the cleaning ladies and not once was told that wasn't included in a deep cleaning for $600. I called the owner of Greentech to let him know for that price the hallway floors and fans should have been cleaned. He continued to talk over me and say they cleaned what they could in 4 hours which was the original quoted price of $400. He wouldn't even listen that we paid an extra $200 and the ladies said they would clean everything. He had a bunch of excuses yelled at me and wouldn't even listen. WORST cleaning company I've dealt with in my years of rentals. Hire them if you want your money stolen & crappy service!!
