Sanctuary worked through the whole process, which can be tough in a private Over-55 community, from beginning to end. And, this project started during some of our worst Covid days, and everything was being manufactured as quickly as would be possible given the circumstances. But the owner Alex was always honest with me about the timeline, and they actually started earlier than Alex indicated they would. All of the workers on my enclosure project were professional, personable, and considerate. They seemed to work well together, with everyone knowing their job. Of course I'm writing this to highly recommend them!

I chose them because they're family owned and expected them to stand behind their word -- they don't. By their own admission my frame order was never properly submitted the first time, adding weeks of delay. Any timeline they give does not hold. I've dealt with three different people and spent full days calling, texting, and emailing for a basic update -- one stopped responding entirely, another went silent until I escalated by email, and I've had to practically beg for information. My home sits with an unfinished opening. I would not hire them again or recommend them.

When I tried to cancel my project, Mr. Benhamou told me he had ordered materials and will lien my property if I cancel. He refused to provide verification of order. We were stuck. We are stuck having to make these repairs. Mr. Benhamou told my neighbor "there's no damage, it was like that". Piles of broken window glass!! I busted my window out my room. it was only half of the window that needed to be repaired.. 'twas the window that slid up and down as well as the part that holds the window up (when it's opened all the way) needed to be replaced. They did it in a timely manner. It took 30 minutes for him to place a new glass on my window frame (I removed the broken glass out of the frame to be replaced before I came in, if u didn't already peep) and 30 minutes to dry. I got my window in 30 minutes as they promised. They also came on time for our appointment at my house to do the rest of the repair. It was done within 45 minutes. After that, I also brought up that my screen needed to be replaced or fixed. he was able to give me color options for my screen and took it with him after our appointment, . Very polite and courteous. The only thing that was a little inconvenience is that it was gonna take about five days before I could pick up the screen. I knew I was gonna be busy that week and that I was gonna be so caught up. Couple days later, I certainly did forget about the screen until today lol. Totally my fault though! Overall, I would definitely refer anybody to come here to get new windows or even for window repairs. America's window and door store definitely was a big help and we're the only ones able to come through to help me with 1 window.
