Green Goods no longer gives a dam about the Medical patients who used to depend on their products. They NEVER have any of the pills and tinctures available and if you don't want to smoke or eat gummies, you're SOL. I have a serious neurological disease and I used this place for 5+ years as an alternative to using barbiturates or similar pharmaceuticals to combat muscle spasms and chronic pain. I have two friends who used them also, one who was in a catastrophic car accident and has metal rods in her spine and another who went thru breast cancer/double mastectomy. All 3 of us were left high and dry when we went to make our regular order, only to find they no longer have ANY of the products we previously used. Just poof - gone. No warning, no replacing with another manufacturer, nada. They now have NO pill or tincture form medicinal products because the big $$ is now recreational weed. Well, guess what, I never smoked and I don't want to start. They left all the pill/tincture users who aren't interested in smoking or relying on gummies - which are expensive to use daily - high and dry with no option but to go back to pharmaceuticals. If you call to talk to them about when/if they might start having medical items again, they just give lame excuses while months go by and nothing has changes. Before recreational marijuana was legal, people like were a big part of their customer base, they simply don't care about our demographic anymore. Shameful. read more

Ever since Adult use went live they've severely limited what Medical Patients can access. We used to be able to order from everything, now we get a very limited choice and none of the stuff we had gotten used to using as medicine. We can still order it if we want to through the Adult use part of the website, but at a higher price. Which they will tell you is a tax, not them. Well, you were the ones that stopped letting Medical Users have access to everything so yes, it is on you. I guess since recreational is live now you don't need the people who've been there since you opened anymore. We came to you for medicine, we paid to get there in co-pays and state registration, and trial and error in finding the products that worked best for various medical problems. And then you stopped letting us have access to them with NO notice, NO transparency, and on top of that - LIED when we asked where everything had gone. I only found out at my last visit that there was no "backlog" at the testing site. What I had found to work best and had been taking ever since I was approved was available - but only on the Adult Use side of your website. And at about $10 more per item. Which would bring my usual $150 every 2 weeks to nearly $200. I agree with those who say the customer service is terrible at Green Goods in Bloomington. I've been there twice. The first time staff completely ignored me until I got in their face and practically grabbed them by the shoulders to get them to even pay attention to me, let alone help me. They didn't know if their gummies were indica, sativa or hybrid. They "thought" it was hybrid, but not sure. The second time I went the lady at the entrance counter was on the phone. I swear I was there 5 minutes and she continued on the phone without looking at me or acknowledging me. During that time 6 people had lined up behind me and out the door, and yet she didn't even look up. I could see through the window there were 5 or 6 people sitting inside waiting for their order so orders were apparently being filled at a snails pace. I gave up and left. I went to the CBD House on Old Shakopee Road in Bloomington. (They do have THC products) The fellows there were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They knew the difference between sativa, indica and hybrid and they had products based on each. 100 times better experience there. read more

Visited this spot after reviewing online and reception would not allow me in, citing I needed to be a "patient". Really? If visitors need to be patients to even be allowed entry, it would be prudent to place that on a website. It's also false advertising if it's not truly for legal and recreational use. The pharmacists and folks at the front desk are super helpful! The pharmacists have been very patient in trying a number of different approaches to help me with my serious sleep issues. Just got my medical cert, this was my first stop. The staff was Friendly. They prices decent. I was expressed with quality. I lived in norther California for years and had my license there. Unfortunately not at that level yet but the longer these shops are open the better the product will get along with cheaper prices...I was just in chicago and I would say green goods quality is comp and prices are better ..only disappointing thing was I need to place a pre-order prior to arrival and no samples to look and smell, but there websites pics and descriptions were fairly accurate 8 out of 10 read more
