I provided my email and phone number. In a matter of hours I got a response indicating that they had the item in stock and the price was provided. The price was less expensive than what other private sellers were expecting on Facebook Marketplace. I had several quick exchanges with them by email to confirm the product's features. I went to the Bellmawr, NJ location to purchase it. The staff there were very helpful in reviewing the operation of the item and in particular ensured that we received the proper sling for the size and functionality we needed. They even helped us load the item into our SUV. We also picked up some incontinence supplies at about half the cost of retail stores. They have a massive warehouse of all kinds of medical equipment. I would not hesitate to make Goodwill my first stop for medical equipment needs.

They called the morning of the scheduled day to give me a 1 hr window and showed up on time! And the two delivery guys were great. As a volunteer last year, I got to see first hand all of the good that they are doing as well as spending a day to assist in their efforts: sorting food and creating meal packs for school age children (My plan is to help out in 2017 too!). The most impressive thing is that the Food Bank of South Jersey will provide 2 weeks supply of food to anyone in need who comes to their facility, no questions asked. I hope they continue to get all of the support that they need, through volunteers like myself, donations and grocery stores contributing food!

It's always clean and set up more like a boutique than the other stores. HOWEVER I may need to start going else whereas there are multiple sections in the store I am unable to shop. The clothing racks that are one on top of another make it impossible for the elderly to get out of there with out a backache, sitting on the floors to view the bottom of the racks and having shoulder pain after trying to view the top. Everytime I have been in and need to shop the high racks customers will start small talk about the annoyance of these racks. I unfortunately cannot do it anymore. I'm leaving 5 stars as the store is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The store is just not built for ladies my age, sometimes I leave the store with my back and shoulders in pain. My sister "adopted" a dog from Peyton's Place Animal Rescue, and the experience was heartbreaking…read more When she picked him up, dogs were piled on top of each other in a filthy van and many looked sick and neglected. After bringing him home, we rushed him to the vet where we learned he was extremely sick and nearly died. For weeks he hid constantly, and to this day he is terrified of men and other dogs. Looking back, there were many red flags, including high adoption fees, little information about the dogs, and the owner admitting they came from breeders. We love our dog deeply, but we regret supporting a place that claims to be a rescue but buys dogs off backyard breeders and puppy mills and leaves them to die.

It's a huge building with lots of senior services including an adult daycare, Home Health Aides, very reasonably cost senior transportation, and a host of other programs that they offer to low income senior citizens in Camden and Burlington county. I'm very fortunate my mother lives in their catchment area as she needs the medical transportation. We've just begun this relationship with this organization and I've been impressed with how they manage to provide services even though they are operating on such a low-budget. I was happy to make a donation to them as I could see it goes directly into helping seniors like my mother. The staff there is so pleasant to work with and are dedicated and do such a good job. I will say however that because of the low budget and staffing and the reduced number of hours with the medical transport you have to make the calls in on time in the morning to schedule and it's required two weeks in advance for scheduling medical appointments and you have to call the day before to confirm every appointment. With more money I'm sure they can become more and more automated in this process or at least have more vans and more staff available. My mother said that so far the drivers were very nice and they were on time and that they drive good too. And that is high praise from my mother.

They left the broken piece at our organization while I was on vacation, even though I had already communicated that it needed to be collected. They charged us a rental fee for the broken piece of furniture, and it took many attempts on my part to get a corrected invoice. This year, they ignored the stated collection date for rented furniture, picked it up at a later date, then charged us for the extra time we had the furniture. I tried for months to get this resolved with the sales rep, then later the billing dept, and both parties completely ghosted me. My organization is a non-profit. Finally, we had to pay the incorrect bill because the fund used for this order was closing. Unbelievably bad service. Never again will I work with them.
