Not a lot when you consider that you are getting premium quality for your money. Think about it how many times can you paint your house in a lifetime, a couple, so you want the best stuff too last a long time. Oh and pumice is the color I bought for my house, and after months I'm still enjoying my color decision.

They pride themselves in having their products hand made, on the most part, in the UK and Europe. It is part of their 'green' commitment. They also source their wood and glass (for their mosaic collection) from sustainable forests, 86% of their glass is recycled. The most educational part of my visit to the store was their fully fitted 'library' it had paint samples, tiles, rugs and wood sample that you can also experiment with and mix and match, very hands on. Products are displayed concisely and intelligently in what can only be described as a quality environment. I am contemplating showing them my hand made tile collection, it would be amazing to have my creations alongside theirs.

Communication with their suppliers were poor as were communication with us little response to telephone messages or email. Time management terrible they kept saying next week every week. Acceptance of responsibility was not good blaming their supplier. Decided eventually to order elsewhere and request a refund.

A handy store for both those small things like a fuse or not a bad place some something like a good…read morequality kitchen knife or a toaster; this store is located on a small pedestrian only section of Richmond town centre and is a good place to try and get you basic electrical components, light bulbs, as well as basic things for plumbing etc. There don't appear to be any other places in Richmond town centre where you can get those kinds of things. However for items like a toaster or microwave or similar; if you are unable to go somewhere bigger out of town, there is an Argos just around the corner that will have a wider choice selection and will probably be cheaper.

They regularly have kitchenware there, so stop by for decorative bowls, storage containers, cake plates(£4), 2-tier serving platter (£7), all in different colors and designs! I saw a cute 2-person Japanese stoneware teapot and cups for £15. I think it's decent quality stuff for what you get. They also regularly stock colourful candles and decorative napkins, perfect for a party. Other cool stuff I've seen: -dedicated moustache section, anything goes! - home decor, storage baskets, candle holders, frames - art supplies, pastels, sketch books, canvas, pencils, paints - beauty stuff, shampoo, face wash - school supplies - kids stuff: games, stickers - umbrellas - storage containers - fun jewellery racks (saw a small square rack that rotates, fits 30+ pairs, for £4!!!) - packaging and gift bags - bicycle/travel section - snacks!! Anyway, it's not an exhaustive list but check it out, there might be done fun quirky things you can find. This is also a smaller store than the other ones I've been to (Brighton, Hammersmith and Tottenham Court Road). The only reason why I give 4* and not 5 is because its half the size, and and doesn't offer everything.
