I like to zone out during a massage, and at first I was worried she would be chatty throughout, but once we got started and she ascertained the pressure was good, she was quiet unless I said something. Good technique for the most part. I could have skipped the head massage at the end, but that is just me - I have long hair, and it tangled it up a bit. The room is located downstairs in an office building across from the CSU vet school. It is mostly quiet, except for normal through-the-wall office neighbor noises - nothing that detracts from the overall experience. The low classical music in the background is nice. The location is very convenient to CSU, and the lotion is unscented, so you can go and get a massage, and return to school/work without smelling like essential oils (which I do love, but they are better when I don't have to go back to work).
