Had no idea where the mortuary was located in relation to flowers shop and needed same day. I called and was guided through the process with such patience. Many times I have selected an arrangement on line and what gets delivered is nothing close. This definitely was not the case. I was assured the needed flowers were in stock and looking great. Also on the delivery I was assured the arrangement would Arrive in time for the services. I received an email Confirming the same And received word the spray was beautiful. Much appreciated. Also I felt prices were reasonable and I checked at Least five other florists on YELP. I'm Glad I settled on Daisy a Day

As I sit here writing this review, I am overwhelmed with a wave of happiness and warmth reflecting…read moreon our experience with Followell Fotography, and all I can do is smile. Followell Fotography provided photography for our wedding, which was originally scheduled for July 2020, but postponed to July 2021 due to COVID. I am the type of person who searches through all possible options prior to making a choice, and in comparison to the MANY photography companies who I communicated with, Robby and his team exceeded our expectations every step of the way. From their website, the frequency, clarity and authenticity of their communication, to their professionalism and responsiveness, to their fun and joyful personalities and energy (literally, their packages are named "fun" and "funner"!), they were all absolute joys to work with from the onset of our initial inquiry outreach to the last moments of our wedding night. In working with Followell Fotography, you will notice things that set them far apart from others. Robby FaceTimed us for our first communication to answer all questions we had. Robby asked us questions to get to know us, our love story, and to know our wedding vision, and without even knowing us exuded such a genuine excitement for us and a delicate care for capturing our special moments. Our next interaction was our engagement shoot when we finally saw Robby at work - DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED on his talent! The shoot was on a freezing cold winter day in New York (did I mentioned he traveled for us?!) and despite our shivering and teeth chattering he (and his wonderful wife, Jess) made us feel natural and have fun in front of the camera and captured cozy love and warmth between my fiance and I. We were beyond happy with the photos. Then, when we were faced with the awful circumstances of COVID and the decision to have to postpone our wedding, Robby and his team remained communicative, flexible and so genuinely caring about our experience. Finally, on the wedding day, without much surprise, Robby AGAIN exceeded our expectations. He kept us, each of our friends, family members, bridal party members genuinely laughing and smiling all day long (no, really, like belly laughing). He also worked very well with our videographer, who was from a separate company. Even before seeing the photos, we received texts and calls asking us "Where did you find that photographer?! He was amazing!" because of Robby's professionalism, organization, sense of humor and energy that exuded genuine care for our experience. All day, he was one step ahead of me, gently reminding ME of the schedule of the day when I was caught up spinning in bliss and forgetting what came next - thank you, Robby :). My husband and I marveled when watching him take in the surroundings and visualize the perfect shot - for every shot - his talent and passion for his craft just puts a smile on your face! His assistant, Jon, accompanied him that day and was, too, a pleasure to work with! Then, Robby offered some additional services out of the kindness of his heart, which was just the icing on the cake after everything. I really can go on and on about Robby and his team. Followell Fotography was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Despite the whirlwind of 2020/2021, Robby and his team remained a source of calm, clarity and pure joy for us. Robby will truly have a special place in our hearts (and our families' hearts) for the rest of our lives. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The BEST Photographer!…read more Robby took both our engagement and wedding photos and I could not be happier. He and his wife make a great team and they are helpful, attentive, and kind throughout every step of the process. Robby not only takes amazing (artistic and beautiful) pictures, but he is also personable and thoughtful. He adds personal touches to his correspondance and photo packages and he is always available for questions. I honestly cannot say enough kind things about Robby and Jess and the service they provided. There is only one thing I knew about wedding planning from the moment I got engaged and that was I wanted Robby to be our photographer. Second to saying "Yes" and "I do" to my husband, choosing followell fotographer is the best wedding decision I made! :)

We had an absolutely unacceptable experience with VIP Limo during our wedding weekend. The company…read moreput our guests in danger, failed to fulfill the agreed-upon services, and refused to take accountability. On our wedding night, VIP Limo sent a shuttle bus with non-functioning windshield wipers in the middle of a severe rainstorm. Rather than alerting us, the driver attempted to transport a full bus of guests in zero visibility conditions on dark, storm-damaged roads. A guest noticed the issue and made the driver pull over. My sister confronted the driver and told him not to drive another trip, yet he picked up a second busload of guests--including myself--without even mentioning the windshield issue. He started driving us on our 30 minute trip through the storm without functioning wipers, only stopping when my sister finally got in contact with us and we forced him to pull over. We had to call our wedding planners to rescue us on the side of a highway in pouring rain - 25 of our friends had to fit into 3 cars to get home. It's terrifying to think what could've happened if we hadn't intervened, as there were full trees down on some roads due to the weather. When we brought this to the company's attention, we were told we were "lucky they even showed up" and were denied any refund--despite the fact that they failed to complete the contracted rides and violated state and federal safety laws that require working wipers (violations that could lead to fines or suspension of operating license). This was the most serious failure, but far from the only one: 1. The shuttle missed a scheduled pickup, stranding 12 guests and delaying the ceremony 25 minutes. These guests ended up driving themselves to the wedding. 2. A bus nearly tipped into a ditch en route to the welcome party, frightening our guests. 3. Multiple drivers had no idea where they were going--guests had to sit up front and give directions. 4. One driver turned down a dead-end street and had to reverse out with guests using flashlights to help him avoid hitting a fire hydrant. Ultimately, we did not receive the "VIP" service we paid for--we didn't even receive safe or competent transportation. I cannot recommend this company to anyone, and I hope this review encourages VIP Limo to take accountability for their gross negligence and issue the refund we are clearly owed.
