Older lady in there was not good with kids. My son actually will sit there. She did a horrible job and honestly if you don't like your job that much there are many others available. I have been and love this location normally but now I will request only certain people. She Had French tips. I don't want her getting mixed up with the nicer ladies in there. Did not get receipt but wish I did so I knew her name. I could have chopped his hair for 18$ and did a better job. Just ridiculously disappointed in how she was short until the end hoping she got a tip. :/ read more

We walked in and the girl standing at the front desk was waiting for one of the stylists to finish up a transaction. No greeting. No nothing. So here we are just standing there for a good couple of minutes. Finally she takes our info down and we have a seat. There's a younger girl that works at this Great Clips. It was made apparent toward the end of our visit that her mother works there as well. This girl breezed through three men's cuts in about 15 minutes. It was both amazing and horrifying all at the same time. Her cuts were AWFUL. Finally she finished up and called us back and we requested to see another stylist instead. Serafina was amazing! She paid great attention to detail and spent her time with my daughter who was, after many years, getting her bangs cut again. I would go back only if she was there. read more
