I have always received the best respectful service. Only one hair stylist did not meet a great standard of service and that person is no longer there. I enjoy talking with the stylist as they trim or cut my hair. read more

I waited outside 15 minutes after they were supposed to open, Not only did they not open on time they did not even acknowledge me standing there If this was an isolated incident I would not complain but it is every time I go!!!! Is there anyway to do minus stars. I haven't actually been there bc I called Tuesday and made a appt ft Friday at 5 to get a perm. No problem right since they r open till 9. Ok I called them at 2:45 saying I would b a few minutes late and the dumb ass says what? U have a appt today at 5. We don't make appts that late. I said well y'all did. So she said let me check but was too stupid to put the phone on mute and I could hear the lazy cows saying she had a appt blah blah then she came back and said ok u have a appt what did u say about being late. I said I will b a few minutes late she says we don't do anything after 6. I said I would b there before 6 and was it a problem. She said well it is a problem it would be better if u did it on Saturday. Well I didn't make the appt for Saturday for a reason so I told her to forget it to cancel it. Whoever owns this salon needs to look into whoever was there on Friday July 29th at 2:45 answering their phones. She just cost them a new customer.
