I was told that I was fine that I did not need to come in for a consultation and that the services will be able to be done. I don't think she knows what she was doing. I understood that she said she could not do the perm because of the hair color, but said that I needed a trim. Trust the process, is what I kept telling myself and it was the worst mistake of my life. It was more like a chop. No curls, my hair is uneven. I can't even describe the way it looks. I called and made an appointment with Sara confirming the price of 45.00 for chosen services. Upon my arrival I could tell that Sara was in a bad mood. She was definitely not friendly. Her vibe was very off. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked her if she could successfully complete the cut for my hair. She said she could. She immediately started cutting my hair dry. She cut it much shorter than the picture. I was so intimidated by her bad attitude and service that I didn't dare tell her that she skipped my shampoo and styling. She then had the audacity to charge me $40 dollars for a horrible haircut. I am 61 years old and have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and rudeness by a hair stylist. Total ripoff!!!
