Unfortunately, because of a time zone issue in their booking system, the appointment was apparently entered as 12:00 PM instead. I use Square regularly in NYC and have never experienced this kind of confusion before. What made the situation especially frustrating was the complete lack of accommodation or understanding when I arrived. I was simply told the issue was noted somewhere on the website, but if this is a known problem, it should be made extremely clear and impossible to miss -- especially for out-of-town clients visiting Napa. They also stated they called me around noon, but I never received a phone call or missed call notification. The experience felt disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Napa is known for hospitality and customer service, and sadly this business did not reflect that at all. I hope they improve both their booking communication and their willingness to work with customers when issues like this happen.

She's one of the few stylists that hand paints balayage pieces, I really think it makes my curls pop and looks very dimensional. Its also super low maintenance so I usually see her once to twice a year. I love that! The space at The Reverie is so beautiful and cozy, you feel right at home there and they're right off of Silverado Trail so it's a very convenient location and easy to find.
