We DID NOT get our hair done but I wanted to express how pleased I was with their customer service! I had a lot of time constraints and Sherelle was kind enough to call around to stylists who weren't in the shop at the time to see if they could take us. She then called me back to confirm. It turned out that we found another option while we were waiting to hear back from her but I was impressed by her professionalism and accommodating spirit. Not sure how my hair would have turned out but if I am ever in need of hair services in the Greensboro area, Masterminds will be the first place I call!

In the back of my hair, the entire middle section was largely blocked with strands of hair everywhere. The hair is not sectioned at all...meaning I cannot pull up my hair for any reason. The hair shows huge spaces between the braids. It's horrible! I'm pissed and tried to honestly speak with the owners about it. I asked for $80 back for the 1 1/2 drive to and from the place (3 hours total). I was asked to come back to let them fix it..:which meant additional 3 hours drive. I gave a timeframe of when I can come back and was told they are not going to fix my hair because I asked for $80 back. Ummm...that's just wrong. I paid $180 and the way they did these micros is not even worth the $100 they TRYING to keep. If anyone need a picture of these so called micros please message me. I will provide proof of exactly what I am expressing here. No offense but take your business and chances elsewhere. Find a honest business that stand behind their work. It's not worth the time, effort or dishonesty. My advice would be to be loyal to yourself by giving yourself the best quality hairstyles from somewhere else. By the way...I have a text message where I was told by this company that they would take additional $40 and send back my money...they blocked me so the money could not be requested. I could not have felt more relaxed in that shop. The atmosphere is open, fun, and welcoming, while still being strikingly professional. I'll then show her a picture of what I would like done and ask, can you do this? To which she replies, on your head? I said no on my arm lol. She then says well I can try. Reluctantly, I asked you think you can do it? are you being rude right now? I said no, I'm simply asking if you think you can do this. She says, I feel like you're being rude right now. Too which I said never mind. Have a great day and walked out. I now see why she had so many appointment appointments available today while everyone else was booked full.
