They booked me with Jade O. (there are two Jades) Jade O. is a sweet girl and greeted me appropriately and professionally. Not ''hey, you ready?" lol SHe introduced herself and said Nice to meet you. Her consultation was very thorough and she wasn't annoyed with all my concerns or questions. Being a first timer, I was a little picky on just a few little things and I made her aware of them. She was forthcoming with info and she even explained why she would do this or that. I appreciated that very much. My hair turned out great! The appointment took longer than expected, but I'll still be returning. I am very happy with my hair.....color, cut, and style! The salon itself is very nice and cozy. It was also after SEVEN hours of her working on my hair after she had to fix it because the first time the color came out rust red all over. She had blamed the color she purchased saying that it must have been a bad batch. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I told her I would book again so she could get the color correct. She then ghosted me and did not return any of my calls or text messages. I reached out several times overall several weeks and I left messages on her work line as well. Never a return call or return text message. I also spent nearly $400 on this. Please beware before spending your hard earned money with her.
