I've been here twice when I needed to get my hair cut while in town. They take walk-ins and have…read moreproficient hairstylists. It's a cute salon for Park Hills, and the girls that work there are always super nice (even though I'm usually a hair nightmare...coming in after months of leading backpacking trips). The stylists are always in conversation with each other, but not in an exclusive/alienating way. I'm not much of a talker, so I enjoy the back and forth rather than having to act cool while looking like a wet dog. I'd give it a 3.5 stars, but it's worth the round up rather the round down.

They had people stalk and harass my 12 year old daughter online. She was sent threatening messages as well. They were laughing about it and posting screenshots of my daughter's accounts online. I was contacted by one of the owners, Brandon Schneider, who agreed to have them remove the posts and post on their business page that the harassment of a child involved in a recent incident needs to stop, if I agreed to remove my posts and negative reviews. I agreed. He then refused to have them make the post, as he only agreed to it so I would delete my posts. He contacted the other owners, so all three owners now know that the manager and assistant manager are encouraging the bullying and harassment of a child. The owners refuse to do anything to stop it, so are clearly condoning such behavior. This is extremely telling of what kind of people the owners are, what kind of people they hire, and what kind of business they conduct. The owners condoned the manager and assistant manager offering discounts to the people who were taking part in the bullying. As of now, it still hasn't stopped. I wouldn't recommend this company to someone I hated. I have screenshots of messages, comments, etc. I have recordings of phone calls, and text messages. These people are despicable.

The stylist was distracted and not focused on doing my hair and it turned out horrible. I went into another walmart salon and they told me they could not fix it. It cost me over hundreds of dollars to fix it and I spoke with the District manager and they refuse to do anything except offered to give me the 50 back that I paid to start with. The salon that fixed my hair asked me where I had it done and when I told her it was A Walmart salon she said well what did you expect. You got a discount job at a discount store. Go Anywhere Else. Just not here.
