This was the worst haircut of my life. I had beautiful long 2c-3a hair, I asked for layers. Not too short where I can't put my hair up. I showed her where I wanted them done at. She agreed. I told her I didn't want any face framing. She began cutting my hair. She cut the first layer of my hair by 12 inches. And didn't add any other layers. She left me with a wolf cut, with my first layer to my chin. While I asked for the first one to be at my shoulders. It wasn't even at all, it's extremely choppy. It looks like someone cut my hair with a kitchen knife. My hair was thick and long. Now it's thin and very short. She seemed like she had no experience and now my hair is completely ruined. She had no experience doing any hair other than straight. She began cutting my hair half wet and half dry. My mother tried saying something and she told her she wasn't doing exactly what she did. Their employees at this location also do not know how to cut hair and do an unacceptable job. I have had to go elsewhere to get my hair fixed multiple times now after going to this place for a basic fade (military) haircut. the last time I had to explain how to cut a fade to the guy that had apparently been cutting hair for 50 years. today was the last time as now I have a crap cut yet again for my wife's and i's anniversary pictures. Wouldnt recommend going here if you want to leave loving your hair. Asked for soft layers and left with one of the choppiest cuts if ever gotten. They do not dry or style your hair when done so there's no knowing what it's gonna look like untill you get home to dry and style. read more

I used the app to login for my haircut. Told me 15 minutes so I headed that direction. Got there eight minutes later. There were two ladies working. And then two of us were waiting. Some poor guy in the Packers mask and myself. One of the girls was finishing up a lady sold her some hair products and sent her on her way. Neither one of the ladies that was working send it all concerned that there were two of us waiting. Then one of them announced that they were going to take a break. The other lady then called the poor guy in the packer mask to get his haircut. And the other lady went on break. I'm there on my break trying to get my haircut. I will never again go to great clips. There are not a lot of choices in this one horse town but I'm sure the ain't go in there again. read more

They have me a horrible cut. I looked like friar tuck. Like they put a bowl on my head and shaved around it. When I called them they was very rude and at end of conversation said they would call Sheridan store and have it taken care of. Then before conversation wad done they just hung up before I was done talking. RUDE. Sheridan store accepted me fixed the cut at no price. Agreed it was a horrible haircut. I should have turned around and walk out immediately following my first interaction. This was the worst haircut experience I've ever had. It's clear that management does not care about their customer base so they probably won't miss my business. I will have to try and find a place to fix my haircut tomorrow. Or try and fix it myself. I'm not sure why I thought I wouldn't judge a book by it's cover but when it comes to haircuts I'll never make that mistake again. If a person looks like a comb hasn't touched their head in a month.
