I went in for a "TRIM" on my birthday.. asked to take 1 1/2 to 2 inches off of dry damagd hair.. told her to leave my bangs , I had already trimmed them ans they were perfect. I was horrified, she cut over 12 inches off the back, and cut my bangs as I was sayin NO! It wasn't layered, like I asked... needed the weight taken off, not a HACK job... I've cried for days.. can't even put my hair in a pony tail. Yeah, I went in for a redo, the other lady tried to smooth out the HACK JOB, but it's so DAM SHORT,, I've cried even more.... I hate my hair cut, just hate it.. this is the worst hair cut I've ever had, being 55 yrs old, this is the worst one in my lifetime. Just horrid. They should fire the lady who did this.. call this place the "HACK JOB CLIPS"!! you can't fix this, it will take me 3 yrs to grow my hair back to there length it was before it was cut. I can't begin to express the depth of my horror, I've had long hair all my life, can't even put it up in a pony tail... DAM THEM.... I called around to a few shops and this place was priced accordingly for a quick haircut. The wonderful young lady that cut my hair was fast and did a wonderful job. They also were giving free haircuts to veterans so my husband got a cut also. I highly recommend these wonderful ladies and will definitely return for a cut next time I'm in town. They accept walk ins which is fabulous. read more

I've gone here but this really applies to all these places. If you're talking and chatting you can't be concentrating on my hair - period! Every time!!! If I get a stylist (hair cutter) who just works on me and speaks only when necessary, I'll get a good haircut. If I get one who's just talking away with me and or the other people there - it gets screwed up. I'm paying for your time and I'm paying you to do a specific job. I didn't come in to tell you where I'm from, what I'm doing this weekend, where my kids live - none of that - and you might be a nice person but I just don't care about your personal life. I went in for a hair cut but my regular person was off and it was a very hot day. I just want to get my hair cut without realizing the horrible experience I was going to have. First of all I did the online check in so I was ok. The lady came in later didn't do it so she was standing there without being notice by any employee mind you only was having her customer. Very bad haircut and not so friendly. Went in for the fist time. I had Felicia. She didn't talk to me the whole time besides when she asked what I wanted and then when I started to describe how I wanted my hair cut, she cut me of with "well what do You want on top". Rushed through the hair cut like I was an inconvenience to her. I got a 4 on top and zero fade on the sides. Wasn't blended well at all. A fade is one of the easiest haircuts. And she managed to mess it up. The other woman in there also kept complaining about how her feet hurt. Won't be returning read more

The only reason I'm giving one stars is because the hairdresser Jackie did my fiancés hair and she was really nice. I can't say the same about my hairdresser. Chubby with very short hair who's apparently the manager. She was Rude, judgmental and just about pissed me off with her comments about me and my husband age difference. I had a coupon to get a cheaper haircut there so I went but I will go elsewhere. She's got some nerve and should keep her opinions to herself. Not worth the BS!!! read more

If you want a cheap industrial haircut this place is ok. They are fast, you'll be done in about 2 minutes. They do rush. Obviously they do not understand what layering or feathering is. I have tried 3 or 4 time with different hair cutters but none seem interested enough or have enough time to make it look good. They cut it the way they like it. My usual hair cutter indicated it was no layering at all when I went back to her. Can't wait till it grows back out so I can get it cut right. Have a hard time looking at myself in the mirror right now. This is my opinion only. read more

Horrible, I went in today, to get just a trim. The lady said she took an "inch" off. She didn't, she asked if I wanted layers and I was like yeah, I kinda miss my layers. She gave me "long layers". Not even close, the front of my hair u can CLEARLY see where she cut it and the "layers" weren't even layers. I have had layers before, I never even notice when I had them. Now I can clearly CLEARLY tell exactly where she cut it. The hair in the front of my face you can clearly tell is shorter than the rest of my hair. She cut about 3-4 inches off. She added unnecessary products to my hair, which I didn't ask for. I have always gone to great clips to get my hair cuts, they were the only ones I TRUSTED with my hair. Not anymore. The previous times I have gone in to get a trim and layers it takes about 30 - 40 minutes because I have long and thick hair, it took her 15 minutes to cut my hair. I'm so insecure about my hair now, I have to go get it fixed, because I am definitely not going out in public with the horrible haircut. I'm definitely not coming back. read more

I have been going to Great Clips for 2 years and I love them! Some people would rather pay $40 to $100 for a good hair cut but you can get the same great cut for $12 (senior) or $15 regular - just make sure and tell them exactly what you want and they will listen. Ann is the manager and she is GREAT she cuts my hair now and it always looks great. So give them a try you will not be disappointed! read more

My sons went and had their hair cut there and to say they look terrible is an understatement!! My youngest asked for a number four on top and a number three on the sides and back. He came back with a number 2 all around and she shaved his gore head hair back 1/4 inch!! Awful job!!! We are so glad school is out and he doesn't have to be seen by his classmates looking so bad.
