Being a parent protecting my child I posted about it online because one of their teachers ripped my daughters fingers out of her mouth causing them to bleed and when I reported it to her she said " that teacher thought she could do that because she was in a class of older kids." I have contacted DSS about this because they do not plan on doing anything about these teachers behavior. It's too expensive to send your children to this sorry excuse of a school...

Friday I got a message from Kendra saying I owed them $100 due by the end of the day or they would not let my child return. I was upset and went in person(on that Friday) to make sure it didn't happen again. I can't afford that. I sat in the office where Kendra told me my card would be charged on Tuesday for a certain. Again next week they got me with a bunch of late charges or almost $100 again. They raised the rate between Friday and that Tuesday and didn't notice me. Eventho I was just assured on Friday what my payment would be. I was again charged bank fees and late fees. The very last week we were in summer camp I was charged an extra $15. No one knows why and could not answer why. I've called so many times, instead of talking to the directors I've reaching out to Jasmine and Summer both of which I never heard back from. I called jasmine numerous times. Super disappointing because the staff was great. Im a single mom and to be changed all this addiontal money was wrong. I also put $100 non refundable deposit just to hold me daughters spot. I believe I was charged over $200 in fees. With my vouchers it should have cost about $250 or less for her entire summer camp. I am a very broke single parent and they have no idea how much that hurt me. I know $200 isn't a lot but it was for me.

With zero prior voice training, it is already amazing to hear my son's voice, and his steps towards a better progress because of her customized training exercises she has specifically created for him! We are all in awe, and just unbelievably grateful we have found her! The minute I first spoke with her over the phone, I knew she was the right voice coach! She was attentive, sweet, gentle, caring, professional, and truly cares for the student's best interest; it is her passion, and it is shown through and through! She is amazing, patient, and truly knows how to coach the youth with a heartfelt gentleness, professionalism, and sweet voice that carries out such a positive approach, support, encouragement and feedback, drawing the confidence out of a novice singer! *We highly recommend that if you also want to try to sing, or progress in your vocal training, that you reach out to her, because your world may change for the better as well! awful ppl at wilshire location. employee was told her child could still b enrolled if they quit…read more they unenrolled her child out of spite. so we treat a child this way that had no involvement in this matter. i will not be bringing my child there anymore. leaving two kids outside and not caring a child was choking and that the employee was over reacting. also violated pita laws by talking about ppls medical issues.
