Take 5 on Zelda Rd. damaged my vehicle by draining the oil and not replacing it, and left the old oil filter on. my motor is damaged and they don't want to accept culpability for their workers who smoke marajuana . I was told to contact their insurance company and speak with Mallory Krause who NEVER returned my phone calls and never answer her phone. Zachary Campbell answered his phone just long enough to refer me to her then he stopped answering his phone and I've left the both of them numerous messages and this is the 7th month and these people still haven't responded. I called and asked for Mallory Krause and was I was asked for the claim number only to find out that she closed the claim and never reached out to me, never returned my phone calls nor sent a letter in the mail. I have proof that their worker Kishon damaged my vehicle yet they don't want to pay for my motor in my car. Lawyer loading..... because I've been calling, I've been patient and I've paid for a diagnostic from the dealership that shows my car had no oil in it, I have documentation showing that my motor is damaged with shavings in the motor. TAKE 5 accept responsibility for your less than average workers because this is your business and you are responsible for their damages.

Much more affordable than the dealer and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of as a woman. They handle a lot of the military's auto repair since they are located right near Maxwell Air Force Base. They work strictly from 7-5pm. They give you a quote right over the phone if you know what you need done after calling their sources for their parts. Give em a shot. Definitely worth it.
