I notified them I would take it somewhere to a 'less busy' shop', and they charged me $136.00! I since learned they only do the most profitable jobs and bill $137 because you brought the car to them! I've used Gipson's on Chantilly a few times now for regular maintenance on my van. They were able…read moreto accomplish all of the regular maintenance for my Honda. My favorite parts are a few things: 1) ease of scheduling. Their website is easy to schedule, select specific services and coordinate with the shop; 2) their service advisors aren't trying to rip you off or push you to buy something. They provide recommendations and tell you facts, but the weren't trying to sell snake oil, or things outside the owners manual maintenance guidance. 3) Prices are fair, reasonable, and everything is explained upfront. We've lived in Montgomery for about 6 months, and it's always hard to find a place to trust after moving to a new place. I distrust dealerships and won't take my cars there anymore. I'm super glad we found this place. I'll be coming back to bring my other vehicles when service is needed! The great thing too, they do service on Diesel trucks as well, something that's harder and harder to come by.

I purchased two new tires, from Gray's, the Business didn't really discuss Mt selection of tires, I…read morewas told that the Hercules tires were a good choice, I informed the business the first year that I was having issues with the tires, and absolutely nothings done, I have gone to this business numerous times, and on one occasion I asked if they rotated the tires and they said no, I waited another hour and a half and the tires still wasn't rotated. After, less that 10,000 miles the treads have lessen to almost none left, the tires are unsafe because they are making loud noises, and I almost loss control when my car skidded and slided, there was a small amount of water in the streets, tires are dangerous and can cause me to have a accident. I have called the business, went to the business emailed the contact, the manager refused to do anything about the tires, all they care about is the money, they don't care about my safety. The business did not contact Hercules, the manufacturer, they refused to do anything about the defective, unsafe, poor quality and horrible tires, this is a horrible bad business and I don't recommend them, they sold me these bad tires and refused to honor the warranty. I don't believe that Gray's has been doing any of the work I paid them for,if they weren't a dealer, they had no right to sale me this junk, I have tried numerous times to resolve these issues, however, they have ignored my emails, my phone calls, I showed the manager the tires and he ignored them. Three other businesses have stated that the tires are bad and need to be replaced one business called Gray's, to tell them about the tires and he didn't want to talk to him, this horrible bad business took my money and are ignoring me,they are rhe worst poor excuse for a business and a so called business, they didn't treat me right as a customer. I absolutely do not recommend this business, because they are not trustworthy and they sold me bad tires and refused to honor the warranty I paid for. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this business bad business practices.
