Graze & Torreys is an awesome food stand in Frisco, CO, but they also do catering! The owner, Alyssa, catered our wedding in July 2020 and the food and service blew everyone away. Our original caterer cancelled just a few weeks before our wedding, and Graze & Torreys saved us! Alyssa planned and executed a delicious three-course meal for our guests and other vendors, while following every single Covid guideline. We received so many compliments on the food - it was delectable, elegant and the portions were HUGE. Alyssa has an amazing work ethic. She drove all over Colorado to get fresh ingredients from local suppliers. She worked within our budget to create a customized and varied menu (see photo). I also showed her a photo of our original wedding cake plan and she made it happen - there is nothing this woman can't do. Finally, and most importantly, Alyssa and her team are incredible people. We had a medical emergency at the wedding and Alyssa jumped into action, bringing first aid kits to us and checking on our guests. They witnessed a very scary accident, but they kept their composure and continued working the entire evening to make sure our guests were taken care of. Chef Alyssa is FABULOUS! We enjoyed a private dinner at the home of a dear friend for her very special birthday celebration - where Alyssa crafted the most delicious & seasonal & allergen-conscious menu for our small group. The food and dessert was DIVINE! Alyssa was attentive, but not overbearing, and provided excellent food service throughout the entire meal and experience. Shout out to the chef behind it all!! Cub is a more than exemplary of a chef! Ordered the carnitas street tacos and they were full of flavor and cooked to perfection!! They were last set up at Silverthorne's First Friday, and I was incredibly happy I tried both dishes they offered. Chicken & veggie lettuce wraps and chicken green curry, both were amazing! I found out that they will be doing different events this summer before moving into a permanent location at The Pad in Silverthorne. read more

This little food truck does it up right! We had the Frisco Bahn Mi - it has basil aioli and their homemade pickles are out of this world! The braised pork is tender and delicious! I was a guest at a rehearsal dinner they catered, and truly was the best food I've ever had!!!! Absolutely phenomenal and you need to book them!!! Their peach cobbler was incredible and the steak was cooked to perfection which is hard to do for a large number of people!!! read more
