I've used Grays Harbor title as my title and escrow company for both personal and professional transactions. Never had an issue with them. Very knowledgeable, good communication and gets me in quickly and conveniently to sign. read more

Gray's Harbor Title has been nothing short of spectacular to work with! initially I was met by Lauryn, soft spoken and handled getting us on board. Hailey took care of the back and forth with our file between the Seller and Buyer. Our closer was Tatum, she stayed on top of things with swift communication and excellent problem solving skills. Gray's was able to get my file closed in a very respectable time frame and I will definitely be using them for all of our deals moving forward! read more

I recently used GH Title for a sale i did on a property. The escrow officer was Cathy Talley, I received minimum communication from her through out the process. I emailed her a copy of signed documents asking for a confirmation of email. - Nothing. No email, No phone call. My property closed and recorded last Friday, No call, no email no Wire into my account. I wouldn't recommend this Company. Will call them tomorrow to find out where's my proceeds from sale. In the 30+ years I've worked with Escrow/Title companies, this is the first time this has ever happened! read more

Worst possible escrow company. Worst communications! Stephanie my escrow officer clearly has an attitude. She has people skills and has forgotten the word customer service. I will never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone. read more

Working with the staff at Grays Harbor Title and Escrow has been a real pleasure. Buying and selling a home at the same time is no picnic, especially when they both close on the same day! I recommend this company to anyone who like efficient, friendly and responsive help during their title and escrow needs. Five Stars well deserved. read more
