Usually you are asked to come early to fill in paperwork and ask your problem areas. I know there is call display but I was calling on my work phone so cell is different number. Told me the address but not that it was a home with no parking and where to come in. No one answered the door. I finally walked in and called but no one answered. No one answered the phone either. Finally got someone and had massage. It felt rushed since she moved with rapid speed from one area to another. I left with a headache and pain along my spine that hadn't been there before.
