I will NEVER return to this establishment. I bought a vapor pen there and being new in that market, I trusted the woman selling them. There were problems with the pen before we left but we were assured by the manager it was just that it needed charged. We got home, an hour away, charged i, and within 1 hour the button on it was broken and the issues that we were told that were related to battery charge were worse. I took the pen to a local store that sells different vapor pens and vaporizers where we were told that the item was in fact a "knockoff" and that the button was not fixable as was the issues that we were assured that were "just the battery needing charged. We immediately called and emailed the store as they had closed for spring break. When the store reopened we made a trip over..
We were greeted by rude and unhelpful staff. She stated "hey, it worked when you left." We assured her that indeed it did not but being new with vaporizers we didn't know that at the time of purchase. At that point the staff member proceeded to tell us there was absolutely nothing she would do for us and that we would have to return when the manager was there, she was sarcastic and continued to be rude.
This was by, far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I think I have ever dealt with. If your buying simple little things your safe but I would never recommend this place for anything like vapor cigs, vaporizers, or anything that could potentially require repair, exchage, or any type of assistance from the staff. read more
