Where to begin? My mom who has been trying to trash my…read morerelationship with my oldest for years brought my 17 yr old to see Rebecca. First no one called us to approve the visit. Second my daughter was diagnosed as clinically depressed or possibly bipolar within 30 minutes of sitting in their chair. During this visit Rebecca went through messages between my daughter and I saying I was trying to gas light her then offering her medication. My daughter lives with me is on my insurance and under my care. I have truly been in deep thought wondering if its normal practice to analyze, pick apart then demean a custodial parent? Especially when said child is doing negative things that can endanger their life or image? Since this fiasco my best friend/daughter who was in chaos because she had survived a hurricane 5 and her whole town was destroyed including our home has decided to move out, and not talk to us anymore. She is unemotional toward us and her sisters who idolized her. I had contacted the office complaining about the situation. I was contacted by Rebecca who in turn told me the office didn't violate any laws because A) my daughter is 17 and B) Because my mom who is not her parent said it was ok but Rebecca had decided to terminate the patient contract. Which is weird why would they do that if no one was in the wrong? Rebecca then called my mom and spoke with her for over 15 minutes discussing my child and her care. Rebecca then in turn offered over the phone counselling to my child. Since everything has taken the turn that it has I contacted the office asking for a email so I could be discrete and give them a update on how counsellors shouldn't fuel angsty teens fires while disrespecting their parents or maybe just get parents permission before treatment. So since this strange establishment doesn't like to contact custodial parents asking permission to diagnose then medicate their child after one session They don't have a website or email And their management doesn't like to return calls

I was really hesitant even after having a recommendation from a friend to check out Bridgeway. The…read morereviews are crazy poor. So I went treading lightly and being cynical. Checkin process: first appt, smooth. Aside from texts and emails about the appointment, I received a call two days prior to make sure I was set, if I had any questions. Being the beginning of the year I expected to pay somewhere along the lines of a few hundred (deductibles need to be met). Some of the reviews commented on being over charged, front staff not being forthcoming coming and deliberately over charging. First, it says in the paperwork that Bridgeway files claims as a courtesy and fees are between the patient and the business. I mean they REALLY stress that on the forms. So I did, get a weird feeling after the reviews. I asked the receptionist and she said two more visits and I knew my deductible will be met. I sat down, and another patient walks in about being overcharged. I was thinking to myself "oh my gosh the reviews are TRUE". Yikes. But,,,receptionist looked into it and said she needed to have the office manager look into as she is the one who handles this type of question. Maybe 5-10mins later the receptionist called the patient back up and said yes, you are due a refund. And took care of that. End of story. So although I'll be watching my claims and making sure the amount paid was the correct amount I was responsible for. But I felt that it was handled appropriately. I got good vibes with first impression after I left and was happy. Sigh of relief. Fast forward no less than 24hrs. My local pharmacy cannot attain a particular med. even if they did, my copay was gonna be $302. I called 5 mins before closing and they moved it to a big box chain pharmacy. After looking at my mail service again, it showed that big box chain pharmacy was gonna cost $211. I called the office again letting them know that my mail service (big box) pharmacy was only gonna charge me $30 for 3 months. I called again, unfortunately because it's a new med I couldn't get 90 days. However doc went over and above as did the staff who handles this part of patient care. I apologize for the long review but I do think it was necessary for everyone who's looking at this office for care that you get a honest up to date review. I will also be recommending this office as my friend did. Maybe staff has changed, maybe the office took a look at reviews and made changes. I don't know, but they exceeded my expectations and I know we will be in good hands.

Kind of insane. I feel really bad for people who need their meds refilled or have emergencies regarding mental health - and need to speak to their doctors.
