Established in 2008.
Grant Assistance Services, Inc., was incorporated in October of 2008. From 2009 to present our organization has provided inkind services totaling $184,658.00 to Non profit and For Profit Organizations by providing program strategies and structure, research and development and implementation. Grant Assistance Services, Inc., is now extending our reach into the communities in an effort to expand knowledge that will create sustainable livelihoods in order to eliminate poverty through job creation, expand economic opportunity in primarily low income and distressed communities, in order to bring greater social equity and alleviate poverty which will lead to a more sustainable economy for everyone.
Meet the Business Owner: Holly M.
I work with for profit corporations, nonprofit organizations, and Private Foundations to achieve greater organizational effectiveness in support of progressive social change. Provided in excess of $200,000.00 in in-kind services to the nonprofit community from 2009 to present.
Services include state formations, 1023 application, clarification and approval processes. In addition, completed all required reporting, and provided training on ethical board operations and Governance, led presentations with various city councils, business plan development, grant writing, required policy and procedure creation to maintain compliance with Nonprofit regulations. Provide comprehensive strategies for program expansion projects, development and analysis to include logistic models, performance measures, outcomes, key indicators, assessments and evaluations, strategic planning, extensive marketing, IRS compliance issues, and ensure ongoing compliance with nonprofit laws.
