They even had the irrigation turned down last July to stop the "over watering" which killed the new sod. When trying to work with them they continued to blame me for lack of "maintenance" even though I am born an raised here an own multiple commercial properties. Jason wouldn't own up to their mistakes or honor their warranty, and a perfect example of poor subs that have been able to get away with subpar work since covid.

They mow my neighbors lawn and keep using my land to access part of the grass that belongs to the neighbors building with no permission whatsoever. Every Wednesday their big lawn movers drive right on my property and use it to turn around, causing my lawn to get ruined By their big wheels. They broke one of my sprinkler heads last year when illegaly cro through my propert. I have contacted them last year about it and obviously still waiting for someone to come look at it. Called and left emailed picture and videos few days ago and just yesterday they did I it again. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They simply do not reply at all if there is an issue.

When we took down our pictures to get ready for painting, we found all of the bad patches the previous owner's painter left for us. Hunter took the time to re-patch those holes plus the new ones we had made and then painted the entire room. The walls are flat finish and can be tricky to paint - but they look spectacular and not a patch or hole to be found. If you have an important home project, just call A Plus.
