The lake looked beautiful but because the beach was so small- 100-200ft of frontage, maybe- we stayed at the pool. We were unable to launch our 19ft boat because the launch is 1.5ft deep until you get far out. We still paid the $6 launch fee, even though our boat never left our site. We had 3 sites for 4 families... 304, 306, 308. The first was large enough for 2 big tents, 2 cars, picnic tables, fire, 8 chairs. The 2nd was big enough for a truck, a stationary boat and 1 tent. The 3rd barely held 1 tent, a 3'x 3' small table, truck and fire. If space is a concern for your family, I suggest you check out the map before choosing a site!!! The comfort stations were great. Everything was close proximity for our little kids to walk to- playground, brook, comfort station, pool and store. This campground is best for families with kids 5-12 who would enjoy riding their bikes down the dirt roads to the playground without fear of getting lost. The pool is by far the best part of Beaverbrook. Waterslide is only for kids under 18 who are 48"tall.
