I've driven by here numerous times, but never went in because I thought it was only Self Serve…read more Yesterday I searched Yelp and another search, finding out Full Service was Available. Going there around 11am today, I drove around per their signs, waited for someone to come to the lane offering Full Service, not self service drive through. No one came to take my money. Sitting there, I called their telephone, no answer, I got their voicemail. I had to back out of the lane, turn around to go to the front of their building entrance. No designated parking spaces unless I wanted to pack by the self service vacuums. I went inside, finally a young man asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted the Full Service wash (I'm in my 70's and handicapped). He told me there were only two employees there, including himself. So no Full Service wash. I ask When the best time to get it done would be And he gave me the Same Hours as I was there at the time. I'm unsure How they can have good reviews, except it must be only from those SELF SERVICE customers. DO NOT ADVERTISE A SERVICE UNLESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY PERFORM THAT SERVICE. With only 2 employees, how in the world can you expect to stay in business?? I certainly won't darken your door again. What a waste of my time.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! I brought my Jeep in this morning after…read morehaving a few things going on that I wanted checked out and from the minute I walked in I was SO impressed with the shop, the professionalism, the employees and most importantly, the HONESTY. They took the time to run diagnostics, look everything over under the hood and underneath the Jeep, top off a fluid I needed, and even test drove it to make sure everything was running as it should. Everything checked out great, and rather than trying to sell me parts or repairs that I may not need, they simply told me to keep an eye on things and come back if anything changes. That kind of honesty is SO hard to find in the automotive world. They easily could have started recommending repairs "just in case," but instead they were completely upfront with me on all fronts. I left feeling like I finally found my shop and that alone is such a great feeling. Professional, knowledgeable, clean, classy and HONEST. I will absolutely be back and will recommend them to anyone looking for a place they can actually trust. Thank you so much!!

I was needing an alignment done on my '02 Mazda Protege, and had called around town to see which…read moreshop could do it in a reasonable period of time. I was referred to these guys by Zack over at Doscount Tire, so I called up and spoke to Rafi (service manager) and he got me in the same day. These guys are great. They did the alignment, test drove it and took the time to speak with me about the alignment. I stopped going to many automotive shops years ago due to mostly apathetic mechanics, insane prices, and ofttimes slim-shady dealings. This shop was professional, friendly, upfront with repair expectations and their prices are very fair. I could tell by the autos in their shop that they do high-quality work, but they took care of my little beater Mazda like it was a BMW. I appreciate the service and recommend these guys based on 1. Price 2. Quality of work 3. Timeliness 4. Professionalism and customer service 5. Great central location to Bartow, Cherokee and Cobb. Definitely a 5 star service.
