A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly. The crew was quick, efficient and courteous. They ran into several problems that I expected an up-charge for, but they stayed to the original estimate. Fast forward a few months. The afternoon before Thanksgiving the workers putting on my new siding managed to disconnect the vent/supply tube for our NG tankless water heater. Fixing it was a 2 man job, one inside and one outside. At 68 years old I was not able to do it. Almost in a panic I called AH&A and told the lady my problem.
