After being surrounded by gated off building sights and towering structures, the Cardiff renovations eventually became part of the scenery in the capital; something that went completely unnoticed after a while and the progress made went largely overlooked by many, including myself. That was until they had finished the job and, fair play to the workers and planners, what a fantastic job they did.
St David's 2 dragged Cardiff into the 21st Century and really makes the city look like a modern capital city should look; smart, sophisticated, extravagant and impressive. The whole facility exudes these traits and is a credit to the hard work that went into its construction.
With a huge range of shops and restaurants on offer, from the Apple Store and MenKind to Hollister and Slater's Menswear to Debenhams and John Lewis, the Grand Arcade has enough good shops on hand to keep you occupied for hours.
A great place to go if you are visiting the city or just fancy a shopping spree in the city centre. read more
