They have a fantastic range of other products available as well as a service linked to a local GP practice which allows them to pick up your prescription from the surgery and prepare it for collection. Customer service depends on who serves you. If you have more than 2 items on your prescription be prepared for a disgruntled whinge from the head pharmacist Ian. Decidedly lacking in manners, he seems to enjoy the company of women rather than male customers. If you manage to get a smile or a hint of positive emotion consider yourself lucky. He will always give you the cheapest generic version of the medication you need. If you ask for an alternative, prepare for a long winded moan that will result in refusal. There are 2 other pharmacies nearby, with better service, less sexist aggro and better help all round than this "corner shop chemist". read more

Graeme Pharmacy is a clean and brightly light drugstore based bang in the centre of Milngavie. It sells a variety of products including a selection of Rimmell make up and a pretty good bubble bath range. The right hand side of the store is dedicated to the pharmacy counter which hands out prescriptions. read more

I wouldn't go anywhere else! They offer a fantastic friendly helpful service and will go the extra mile to source whatever you are looking for. For such a small shop, they have a terrific range of products you just don't find anywhere else and often have products you can 'test' at the counter before you buy. I have all my prescriptions filled there as having spent much wasted time standing in Boots, I have never had to do that at Graeme's as they dispense so much faster. I have also had invaluable advice from the Pharmacist and they will even phone you to let you know they have a product. What more could you ask for. I wouldn't give them 5 stars - they are worth 10 gold stars. Give it a try and give the others a miss! read more
