You'd think you would considering this is a Christian church and school. Several of the teachers were downright rude. Sheri (principal) has a condescending judgey attitude and keep in mind that im not paranoid. You have to go in and see for yourself. It's crazy. I sent both my two and four year olds there. Needless to say they didn't last long. They aren't going to encourage or help with potty training. So if you work good luck getting them trained. One time I forgot to pay my week on Friday. Please keep in mind that I always paid. It was an oversight. So on Monday They made me and my 4 year old stand outside the trailer (that's their school room) in the direct sun until I paid and the front office confirmed the payment before allowing her inside. To add insult to injury they aren't even a good value! $170 a week when Christian prep school is only 2 miles away, are $75 and actually act like Christians! I'd stay clear of these soul suckers.

While there may be other schools that look more aesthetically impressive, you simply cannot put a price on the love, care, and emotional intelligence provided at Academy for Kids. Mary is an incredible director who genuinely does everything she can to ensure the school succeeds and that the children are cared for properly. The atmosphere created by the staff goes far beyond basic childcare and education.
