The business presents itself as something it isn't--you expect a cohesive spa experience, but instead find a maze of individual businesses all doing their own thing. Everyone is tucked away in hidden rooms, which makes the space feel fragmented rather than unified. Why doesn't the place just say what it truly is--a suite rental? The business leans on generic buzzwords, leaving it redundant, more like a flea market than a true day spa. If you want a genuine day spa experience, this place is not it.
